Kelsey’s Overnight Oats Recipe

Have you tried overnight oats for a quick and easy breakfast option? This is my base recipe, but the great thing is you can swap out whatever fits your taste! Just keep an eye on any additional sugars you use like honey or granola, they can add sugar/calories quickly

Base:

A 1-1 Ratio of

1. Milk of your choice

2. Old Fashioned Oats (Quick Oats are too mushy & Steel Cut can be too chewy)

I add a chia seed blend to mine and to get in more protein, a heaping tablespoon of Oikos Pro Protein Yogurt, and whatever fresh fruit is in season.

Stir in and shake in a mason jar, then refrigerate overnight.
